2017 Cabernet Sauvignon (94 cases produced)

This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is handcrafted, unfiltered and 40% aged in toasted French Oak barrels from De Jamac cooperage. Revealing cherries, graphite and juniper smoke in the nose. The mouth is textured with fine long tannins, and the fruit and spices linger in the end. This young Cab can be enjoyed now, but will morph into something truly special with aging of 5-10 years.
